Since 2020, we’ve gathered these houses like one gathers treasures—each chosen for its soul, each restored with reverence.
Some were shepherds’ shelters carved into rock. Others, centuries-old mas hidden behind olive groves. But all share something rare: a quiet beauty that asks for nothing and offers everything.
We didn’t set out to create a collection. We wanted to create a feeling. A sense of belonging. Places where mornings begin with sunlight and birdsong, where linen curtains move with the breeze, where time expands and life feels generous again.
They aren’t just houses. They’re places where you notice the way lavender smells at dawn, where breakfast tastes different outdoors, where time feels generous. Where simplicity feels like true luxury.
