Simone organizes ephemeral culinary events that highlight places, seasons and producers, to offer guests a concentrate of conviviality.
Led by Numa Muller, a self-taught chef, Simone’s cuisine is instinctive, refined and creative.
The project stems from a shared desire to pass on a reasoned approach to cooking, inspired by Numa’s grandmother Simone.
Chef Numa Muller will transport you into his unique world with a five-course gastronomic dinner. You’ll be captivated both by the chef’s creativity and by the exceptional ambience created especially for the occasion in the Mas.

Dinners will be offered on the 7th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th, and 16th of December at 7:30 PM.
Price per person: 180€ for food and wine pairings, 120€ for the meal only.

Wine, cheese and acoustic guitar

Join us for an original evening experience, where the best wines from our region meet the rich and varied delights of our local cheeses all accompagnied under the gentre sounds of acoustic guitar. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or a lover of artisanal flavors, you’ll be won over by the comments and explanations of our partner/sommelier Cave Tanin, located in Maussane, all accompanied by fine cheeses from Fromagerie de Maussane.

COOKING CLASSES

Explore the festive flavors with our cooking class led by Chef Yvan Gilardi (Toquadom). Under his guidance, you’ll learn how to cook Christmas dishes, from appetizer to dessert. Chef Yvan will share his techniques, tips and secrets with you in the friendly, festive atmosphere of the guest kitchen in Le Mas de Chabran.
We invite you to join us in the morning to prepare a menu, which you’ll enjoy at lunch afterwards.

The cooking classes will take place on Thursdays 7th and 14th December at 10:00 AM followed by a tasting of the prepared recipes.

Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned baker, join us for Christmas baking class with talented pastry chef Lauriane Doll (Fusion Traiteur, Saint-Martin-de-Crau). You’ll learn how to revisit 13-dessert macaroons, make gingerbread, demonstrate and taste navettes. You’ll leave with your own creations and recipes.
