A Gastronomic Interlude in the Alpilles – May 2nd & 3rd, 2025

 

Les Domaines de Chabran are delighted to open the doors of the iconic Mas de Castillone, nestled in the heart of the Alpilles, for two exceptional evenings on May 2nd and 3rd.

Alexis Bijaoui – a virtuoso chef trained at some of the world’s finest establishments including Blue Hill (New York), Relæ (Copenhagen), and l’Arpège (Paris) – will craft a 6-course menu as a sensitive and instinctive exploration of the local terroir.

By his side, Nominoé Guillebot, a talented sommelier who honed her skills at Lyle’s (London) and Septime (Paris), now heads the Grenadine wine cellar in Marseille. She will curate vibrant, precise and inspired wine pairings to accompany each course.
